We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (Java & Python) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Business Analyst
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum relevant experience 7 years.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong SQL Skills
- Ability to use AI tools
- Review Java & Python code
- Experience in Java & RDBMS
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Spreadsheet modeling (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)
- Requirements and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
- Core Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Stakeholder management and negotiation
- Requirements Elicitation: Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Process Modeling: Create workflow diagrams, process flows, data models, and system requirements (such as BRDs and FRS).
- Data & Reporting Analysis: Query databases and build dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to extract actionable insights.
- Solution Validation & Testing: Support or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verify that delivered software meets specifications, and track bugs.
- Project & Agile Support: Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Backlog Refinement) via tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
