We are currently seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with IT Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather operational and project data.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform advanced Excel-based analysis, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and complex formulas.
Track delivery KPIs, resource utilization, project status, risks, and dependencies.
Analyze financial data including budgets, forecasts, actuals, revenue, cost, and profitability metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, Delivery Dashboards or similar roles.
Strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, VBA preferred).
Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive reporting.
Experience with Power BI is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience working with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Knowledge of project governance, resource management, and financial management processes.
