We are currently seeking a Salesforce Agent force Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Salesforce Agentforce Developer
We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and exposure to Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support Salesforce Agentforce solutions and automations.
- Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
- Support case, lead, opportunity, and knowledge management processes.
- Participate in testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Work with stakeholders and senior team members to deliver Salesforce enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce security concepts.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Exposure to Experience Cloud and CPQ is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
