## Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer

### Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and Financial Services Cloud capabilities.

The candidate will be responsible for independently designing and developing complex FSC solutions, contributing to technical design, building integrations, reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across banking, insurance, wealth management, lending, or other financial-services use cases.

### Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration.

- Independently analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Configure and extend FSC capabilities including:

- Person Accounts

- Households and Groups

- Financial Accounts

- Financial Holdings

- Account-Contact Relationships

- Interaction Summaries

- Action Plans

- Relationship Groups

- Develop reusable and scalable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.

- Design and configure OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards, where applicable.

- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns.

- Support integrations with systems such as core banking, policy administration, loan origination, payment systems, customer master, document management, and other enterprise applications.

- Participate in technical design discussions and recommend appropriate implementation approaches.

- Review code and configurations developed by other team members and provide technical guidance.

- Mentor junior and intermediate Salesforce developers.

- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce and FSC best practices for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and governor limits.

- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, security, and performance issues.

- Support data migration and transformation activities involving FSC data structures.

- Ensure appropriate handling of sensitive customer and financial data.

- Contribute to effort estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical task breakdown.

- Support SIT, UAT, release, deployment, hypercare, and production support.

- Work closely with Tech Leads, Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and integration teams.

- Support CI/CD, source control, and Salesforce release-management activities.

### Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

- Strong Salesforce development experience with:

- Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- SOQL / SOSL

- Salesforce Flows

- Triggers

- Batch, Queueable, Future, and Scheduled Apex

- Strong understanding of the Financial Services Cloud data model and business capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with FSC concepts including:

- Person Accounts

- Financial Accounts and Holdings

- Household / Group structures

- Account-Contact Relationships

- Interaction Summaries

- Action Plans

- Good hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including:

- OmniScripts

- DataRaptors

- Integration Procedures

- FlexCards

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing framework, and governor limits.

- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.

- Experience with synchronous, asynchronous, batch, and event-driven integration patterns.

- Good understanding of Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, OAuth, and API security.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud alongside FSC.

- Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent DevOps tools.

- Strong understanding of coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, exception handling, and logging.

- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex Salesforce and FSC issues.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

### Senior-Level Expectations

The Senior FSC Developer should be able to:

- Independently own development of medium to complex FSC features.

- Translate functional requirements into appropriate technical solutions with limited supervision.

- Contribute to FSC solution and technical design discussions.

- Make appropriate use of standard FSC functionality versus custom development.

- Identify impacts to the FSC data model before introducing custom objects or relationships.

- Review Apex, LWC, Flow, OmniStudio, and integration implementations.

- Identify security, performance, scalability, and maintainability concerns.

- Mentor other Salesforce developers and resolve technical blockers.

- Develop reusable components and frameworks where appropriate.

- Identify architectural concerns and escalate them to the Tech Lead or Architect.

- Take ownership of assigned functionality from design through production stabilization.

### Good to Have

- Domain experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, lending, or financial services.

- Experience integrating FSC with:

- Core banking platforms

- Policy administration systems

- Loan origination systems

- Payment platforms

- Customer master / MDM platforms

- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.

- Experience with large data volumes and Salesforce performance optimization.

- Experience with data migration and legacy Salesforce org transformation.

- Knowledge of financial-services security, privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or other Salesforce solutions.

### Experience

Typically 5-8+ years of Salesforce experience, including:

- 2-3+ years of hands-on Financial Services Cloud experience

- Strong development experience across Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce configuration

- Experience independently delivering complex FSC functionality

- Experience mentoring developers or performing technical/code reviews
