We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Wintel Engineer
A Wintel (Windows + Intel) Engineer manages, optimizes, and secures an organization's Windows-based server infrastructure and virtualization platforms. They are responsible for deploying operating systems, automating routine tasks, managing Active Directory, and ensuring 24/7 high availability across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (e.g., 2016 to 2025) across physical and virtual environments.
- Core Network Services: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft core infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies (GPO).
- Virtualization: Administer virtualized hypervisors such as VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Automation: Write and deploy scripts (typically PowerShell) to automate system patching, software deployment, and daily infrastructure operations.
- Cloud & Hybrid Integration: Manage cloud workloads and resources across platforms like Microsoft Azure (including Entra ID) and AWS.
- Disaster Recovery: Plan, maintain, and execute backup strategies and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Windows server operations and support.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell for systems automation is universally required.
- Certifications: Industry-standard credentials like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or VMware VCP are strongly preferred
