Call Centre Agent (Pipeline)

Nutun RSA is expanding its collections team and is looking for 15 driven and resilient Call Centre Agents (Pipeline) to join our Principal department on a fixed-term basis. Based at our Sandton offices, you will operate within a fast-paced, target-driven debt recovery environment, managing multi-mandate portfolios across inbound, outbound, and non-voice channels. • Engage debtors across inbound, outbound, and non-voice channels to recover outstanding balances in line with collection targets
• Negotiate payment-to-pay (PTP) arrangements and manage DebiCheck mandates effectively
• Handle debtor negotiations across multiple client mandates, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and client requirements
• Manage and resolve accounts relating to unsecured products, including personal loans, credit cards, and cheque accounts
• Apply trace and skip-tracing techniques using advanced tools to locate and engage debtors where required
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of the litigation process and escalate accounts appropriately
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and call notes
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets consistently

• 2–3 years in a high-pressure, target-driven collections environment with proven success.
• Skilled in PTP and DebiCheck management, debtor negotiations, and multi-mandate operations.
• Trace/skip tracing proficiency using advanced tools (advantageous).
• Expertise in inbound, outbound and non-voice channels.
• Matric / Grade 12
• Formal training in Negotiation, Compliance, Collections, or Customer Engagement (advantageous)
• Exposure to unsecured products (personal loans, credit cards, cheque accounts)
• Superior understanding of the litigation process
