- *AUFGABEN**
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungen
- Klassifizierung, Dokumentation und Lösung von IT-Problemen im 1st-Level-Support
- Weiterleitung komplexer Anfragen an den nachgelagerten Support oder externe Dienstleister
- Unterstützung bei der Instandhaltung und dem Austausch von IT-Hardware
- Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Ausgabe von IT-Endgeräten (Notebooks, Smartphones, Netzwerkgeräte, usw.)
- Verwaltung von IT-Assets (Laptops, Smartphones, sonstiges IT-Equipment)
- Durchführung der Benutzerverwaltung (z.B. On- und Offboarding)
- Dokumentation von Lösungen, Prozessen und wiederkehrenden Problemen
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des IT-Supports
- *QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im 1st-Level, wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen (z.B. Clients, Server, Active Directory)
- Erfahrung in der M365 Administration
- Erfahrung mit Service-Desk-Plattformen, z.B. ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus, ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
