Welder

As a Welder at our Fulton, MO facility, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality products for customers worldwide.

Shifts:

M-Th 6:30 am - 3 pm

M-Th 4 pm - 230 am

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Gather materials and perform layouts according to production requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment to weld steel, aluminum, copper, and other materials.
• Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and rework defects as needed.
• Operate cutting torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.
• Coordinate with Leads and Inspectors to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

YOU HAVE:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of welding experience, welding training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Production welding experience and/or a Welding Certificate preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and tape measurements accurately.
• Experience operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to solve routine problems and work independently within established procedures.
• Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.
• Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.
• This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
• Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
