Cloud Security Engineer

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud security, perimeter security, security engineering, and AI/ML-driven threat detection. The ideal candidate will help build secure infrastructure, automate security workflows, and improve threat detection and incident response across cloud and network environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and access controls.
• Integrate security practices into the SDLC and collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Design and manage secure cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement data protection controls, including encryption, tokenization, masking, data classification, and access management.
• Automate vulnerability management, security configurations, incident response, and security workflows.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for anomaly detection, threat classification, predictive vulnerability assessment, and threat monitoring.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and improve threat detection capabilities using cloud-native security tools.
• Develop security policies, technical documentation, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of overall experience in cybersecurity and engineering, including at least 2 years in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience in cloud security, perimeter security, and security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP security services, including IAM, encryption, and security groups.
• Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and intrusion prevention.
• Practical understanding of AI/ML techniques for cybersecurity, including supervised and unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and threat classification.
