Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of maintenance, safety and facility operations.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for operations.
• Experience managing facility operations and maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors and support staff.
• B.Sc, Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
