Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Product Analyst to support product strategy and execution through actionable insights derived from customer behavior, product performance, and market trends. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build customer-centric products and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Analytics & Insights
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and business metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and track key product KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform funnel, retention, cohort, and conversion analysis to measure feature effectiveness.
Dashboarding & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance.
- Generate insights and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product metrics.
Market Research & Customer Insights
- Conduct market and competitor research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Gather and interpret customer feedback from surveys, support tickets, and user research.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend product enhancements.
Product Development Support
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support requirement gathering, user story creation, and feature documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning and product discussions.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and business alignment.
Reporting & Process Management
- Maintain product documentation, analytics definitions, and reporting frameworks.
- Support roadmap planning by providing data-backed recommendations.
- Ensure standardization of reporting and analytics processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience in FinTech, Lending, Payments, SaaS, or Consumer Internet products will be preferred.
Required Skills
Analytics & Data
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
- Understanding of product metrics, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
Product & Tools
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills
