Project & Resource Management Responsibilities
In this role you will apply and expand your foundation in technical project management and customer-facing communication to help plan, coordinate, and track projects toward successful completion.
Support the coordination of entitled services engagements for Workspace ONE & Horizon
Collaborate with technical staff and business subject matter experts to execute project delivery in alignment with the overall plan, driving customer outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain and update core project documentation, including project plans, scopes, work breakdown structures, resource plans, schedules, and open issues logs.
Develop your risk and change management skills by helping identify project risks, tracking action items, and proactively escalating potential issues.
Progress through a structured coaching plan to build your knowledge of technical project management methodologies and technologies.
Provide clear, structured, and timely status updates regarding project schedules, progress, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
Follow defined project management methodologies, ensuring projects successfully adhere to established guidelines and stage-gate processes.
Partner with Sales and Account teams to help identify and track potential account growth opportunities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes by updating templates and capturing lessons learned.
Monitor daily work efforts, track resource needs, and escalate functional, quality, or timeline issues appropriately.
Actively work toward IT project management certifications
What will you bring to Omnissa? (List required / preferred skills)
5+ years of prior work experience in a professional office environment.
2+ years of Professional Services operations, Engagement/Implementation/Resource Manager experience.
Experience working in a Consulting or Professional Services environment preferred, experience working in the technology industry preferred.
Strong MS Office suite skills- particularly MS Excel.
Demonstrable organization and great attention to detail and quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities on a regular basis with confidence and professionalism.
Ability and desire to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
Comfortable pushing back and/or escalating in appropriate situations.
Comfortable with working through ambiguity and finding solutions.
Thrives in a remote working environment.
