Renewal Operations Specialist (EMEA/APJ)

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for supporting and executing scalable processes, systems, and analytics that drive retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Renewal Reps, Revenue Operations GEO leads, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to help ensure a seamless and predictable renewal experience. • Renewal Operations Support: Support execution of the renewal operations strategy, including forecasting inputs, pipeline hygiene, and process improvements.
• Process Execution: Execute and maintain workflows that support timely, accurate, and efficient renewals across customer segments, flagging gaps or bottlenecks for improvement.
• Quota & Compensation Support: Assist Revenue Operations and Finance with data and analysis to support renewal quota, territory, and incentive structure decisions for AEs and renewal reps.
• Systems & Tooling: Support automation and system improvements in Salesforce and other GTM tools, helping build and maintain renewal workflows, reports, and alerts.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track renewal performance, churn trends, and forecast accuracy; surface insights for leadership review.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Renewals Reps, Revenue Operations, and Finance to support alignment on renewal policies, pricing, and customer communications.
• Peer Collaboration: Partner with and support renewal operations team members, contributing to a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations, with a focus on renewals.
• Experience supporting or building renewal processes in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related RevOps tools (e.g., CPQ, Gainsight, Clari, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment preferred.
• Familiarity with renewal ownership models across AEs, CSMs, and dedicated renewal reps preferred.

This role is based in India and will need to work EMEA time shift
