Supervisor, Quality Control

The overall role of Supervisor, Quality Control is to strengthen product quality and provide continuous improvement on Quality Management System/Integrated Management System in order to achieve the highest standard of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate the policies and procedures to all relevant functions and people to develop effective quality control processes
• Define specifications of raw materials and products in order to optimize the quality in control range
• Initiate plan for trial/assessment of the new manufacturing process in order to define critical control points.
• Monitor risk management activities to prevent all possible non-conformities from occurrences
• Manage, delegate, monitor, coach, and motivate subordinates to deliver satisfactory performance and develop highly talented and potential successors
• Do research and support to innovate products in response to customers’ needs and preferences
• Support resource for upgrade laboratory (instrument, method, technology and capacity…) to achieve lab standard and deliver the qualified result
• Other tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications

• Education: Master or Bachelor Degree of Food Science and Industry Management or related field.
• Experiences:
  • At least 3 years’ or over 3 years experiences in quality control, quality assurance, research and development and manufacturing management
• Skills and knowledge:
  • Word, excel, PowerPoint, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP etc.
