- Yield Improvement and quality improvement
- Process improvement for Cost reduction and/or Cycle time reduction
- Process robustness for stable production
- Equipment Uptime improvement
- Equipment capability improvement, such as throughput, wider range for various processes
Various projects management such as capacity expansion, new technology development, line yield improvement. Support factory strategy development for future growth and propose to stakeholders as one of engineers.
Key Relationship
Direct reports to: Aizu manufacturing engineering Manager
Other Key relationship: Aizu internal staff managers, Global Engineering team (both process and equipment).
- Responsibilities
- Beat department KPI goals to contribute factory KPI goals achievement.
- Deliver the section commitment (such as schedule and performance) to gain stakeholders’ royalty.
- Report projects and/or task progress to stakeholders regularly
- Develop organization and talent to enhance Photo engineering team’s capabilities.
- Develop good relationships with stakeholders and internal/external peers.
- Requirement
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience of wafer process (especially Photo Process)
- Business English skill (TOEIC 490)
- Technical college degree or above
- Preferred experience at foreign company
- Leadership skills
- Japanese language proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 level or above)
- Valid work authorization that permits employment in Japan at the time of application
