Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who ships, not just experiments. This is a hands-on, product-facing role. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, from architecture to production - working alongside product managers, designers, and engineers to move fast and build things that matter.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience building and optimizing RAG systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
• Experience designing agentic pipelines and loop architectures, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, and autonomous retrieval systems
• Working knowledge of at least one vector database (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar) including indexing and query optimization
• Experience building and maintaining data preprocessing, chunking, and vectorization pipelines
• Ability to evaluate and select LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) based on cost, latency, and real-world performance
• AWS infrastructure experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform)
• Strong API design and service development skills.
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET, with the ability to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing business systems.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and advanced SQL development, including database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and data architectures that support AI, analytics, and machine learning workloads.
• Ability to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions while leveraging strong software engineering fundamentals across the Microsoft technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Own AI features end-to-end: design, build, and ship to production
• Architect and maintain RAG and agentic pipelines across internal and external data sources
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI into products and workflows
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and custom embeddings to optimize performance in a financial services context
• Instrument and monitor AI features in production: quality, latency, regressions, and user impact
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform to support reliable AI service deployment
