工作职责 / Responsibilities

负责Robotaxi自动驾驶系统的整体架构设计，构建面向规模化运营的车端 + 云端 + 运营平台 + 运维体系的技术架构，支撑Robotaxi车队安全、稳定和高效运营

岗位职责：

1、负责Robotaxi系统整体技术架构设计，包括车端自动驾驶系统、云端平台和运营系统，包括需求定义及拆解、架构设计及优化，推进方案设计的落地实现并确保按质交付

2、负责Robotaxi云端平台架构的设计，包括车队管理、远程监控、远程协助系统、调度系统以及对车辆状态、订单和异常的管理机制

3、负责Robotaxi车队规模化运营的运维架构，包括系统级的监控、告警和异常处理等

4、结合Robotaxi业务发展阶段，规划系统架构演进路线，持续优化系统性能、稳定性和运营效率，支撑车队规模化运营

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人等相关专业优先

2、8年以上自动驾驶或机器人系统开发经验，主导过多个完整自动驾驶系统架构设计，熟悉主流技术栈，对深度学习、VLM及Linux/RTOS/Hypervisor、车云体系等复杂系统的原理有深入认知

3、具有较高的职业素养和责任心、良好的团队合作和沟通能力、优秀的问题定位及推动解决能力

4、具备以下经验者优先：头部Robotaxi系统架构设计经验、运维系统架构设计、车云平台设计
