Первичный разбор инцидентов, работа с тикет-системой - 1 линия тех. поддержки (Jira, YT, Slack);
Отслеживание базовых метрик и алертов в системах мониторинга (Grafana, Kibana), анализ типовых ошибок;
Консультирование пользователей;
Решение инцидентов по заранее подготовленным гайдам и Runbook-инструкциям:
Эскалация сложных системных ошибок на 2-ю линию поддержки;
Актуализация инструкций и гайдов.

Что мы ждем от тебя:

Опыт работы в тех.поддержке от 1 года;
Базовое понимание работы API (Post/Get, XML/JSON), SQL.
Умение работать с большим количеством источников информации.
Опыт работы в JIRA;
Опыт работы с системами мониторинга (Grafana, Kibana).
Английский язык: для письменного общения с внутренними пользователями, написания простой документации.

Будет плюсом:

Опыт работы с системами контроля версий (Gitlab);
Интерес к сфере Big Data и автоматизации процессов.
