- Lead funding allocation and reallocation analysis, recommendations, documentation and implementation in alignment with approved authorities, policies and controls.
- Monitor provider performance, funding conditions, utilization, settlement requirements and emerging risks; recommend mitigation strategies and improvement opportunities.
- Provide timely, concise advice to the Director on provider performance, system pressures, financial stewardship and sector priorities.

- Transform complex quantitative and qualitative information into meaningful insights, performance metrics, and practical recommendations.
- Manage Ministry of Health and Ontario Health information requests, audits, reviews and assurance activities with accurate, consistent and timely responses.
- Build effective relationships with providers, Ontario Health Teams and partners to advance transparency, accountability, integration, equitable access and continuous improvement.
- Lead or participate in regional and provincial committees, working groups and improvement initiatives related to performance, accountability and funding.
- Develop tools, standard work, governance processes, and escalation frameworks that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and service quality.
Program leadership, coaching and operations
- Provide program leadership, coaching and subject matter guidance to PAFA colleagues, helping clarify priorities, accountabilities, workplans and outcomes.
- Coordinate work, information flow and resources across competing priorities while maintaining quality, responsiveness and continuity of operations.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative and accountable environment that supports learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Identify operational risks and capacity pressures, recommend solutions, and perform other duties consistent with the position, as required.
