Objectif : Vous aurez pour objectif de porter la vision technique du produit, d'en assurer la robustesse, la performance et l'évolution, tout en garantissant l'alignement avec les standards du groupe.

Périmètre et responsabilités :
-Définition et pilotage de la vision technique (architecture, performance, maintenabilité)
-Pilotage des choix techniques structurants
-Réalisation des développements en React / Java (Springboot)
-Garant de la qualité de code (revues de code, tests, CI/CD, qualité Sonar)
-Identification et pilotage de la dette technique
-Co-construction des solutions avec le Product Owner (faisabilité, arbitrages MVP)
-Collaboration avec les équipes architecture, sécurité et infrastructure
-Accompagnement et montée en compétence des développeurs (mentorat, revue de code)

Profil recherché

-Formation Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent) avec 8 à 10+ ans d'expérience en développement web, dont une expérience significative en tant que Tech Lead
-Excellente maîtrise de React et Java (Springboot)
-Expérience d'architectures modernes (API, microservices, BFF)
-Expérience sur les outils AWS / Docker / Jenkins
-Expérience en environnement Agile / Scrum / DevOps
-Sensibilité à la performance, scalabilité et qualité logicielle

Compétences "bonus" :
-Une connaissance du domaine de la formation est un plus
-Une experience autour d'une LXP est un plus
-Une experience autour des API Docebo et xAPI sont un plus
