OPWDD Coordinator

Outsourcing Advantage is looking for an organized and detail-oriented OPWDD agent (Office for People With Developmental Disabilities) provider services. The Operations Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of operations that foster the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing assistance to various departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support compliance with OPWDD and internal guidelines by following established processes.
• Work with team members and department staff to help resolve basic discrepancies.
• Help prepare materials for audits and reports and contribute to process improvement efforts.
• Learn and use internal software systems to support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflows and support departmental needs.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to administrative, billing, or office support work.
• Interest in project coordination or operations.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Familiarity with OPWDD services (not required, but a plus).
