岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责识别实验室EHS风险，组织制定实验室安全操作制度和安全操作规程;

2.组织进行EHS相关赋能培训，建立培训档案;

3.定期不定期进行EHS监督检查，并督促整改;

4.组织建立事故应急预案，组织不同专项演练，每年1次综合应急演练;

5.承接政府安全/环保检查;

6.负责工程建设三同时工作，消防安全、环保、职业卫生、生物安全专项审查。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，化学/化工/环境工程/安全工程相关专业;

2.5年以上化学实验室或科研机构EHS管理经验;

3.熟悉危化品相关法规、生物安全法、环保要求;

4.具备BSL-2实验室生物安全管理经验者优先;

5.持有注册安全工程师（RSE）、安全评价师证优先。
