WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a forward-thinking Controlling Manager to lead the next evolution of P3’s finance in Czech Republic. The Controlling Manager ensures high-quality financial reporting, strong financial governance and actionable business insights for the Czech business. The role leads the controlling team, oversees accounting and reporting processes, partners with stakeholders across the business and continuously improves finance processes to support informed decision-making.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

1. Financial Reporting & Control

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process for Czech entities.

• Ensure compliance with Czech GAAP, Group reporting standards and IFRS reporting requirements.

• Oversee consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations and reporting submissions.

• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

• Coordinate statutory finance activities and governance documentation.

2. Business Performance & Decision Support

• Deliver meaningful financial analysis, variance reporting and business insights.

• Identify risks, opportunities and trends to support management decisions.

• Challenge assumptions in forecasts, budgets and business cases.

• Support strategic planning through scenario analysis and KPI monitoring.

3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, coach and develop the Czech Controlling team (3 direct reports).

• Manage the outsourced accounting provider and ensure expected service quality.

• Build trusted partnerships with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders.

• Present financial performance and recommendations to management.

4. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Drive simplification, standardization and automation of finance processes.

• Improve reporting quality, efficiency and internal controls.

• Support implementation of finance systems and digital initiatives.

• Promote best practices across controlling activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting or audit, ideally within real estate, logistics or industrial sectors.

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team.

• Strong knowledge of Czech GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS and Group reporting standards.

• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP or property management systems (e.g. Yardi Voyager / 7S platform) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
