Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product initiatives. Working cross-functionally, you'll own the roadmap, prioritize features, and guide products from discovery to launch. You’ll engage regularly with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with Product Lead, CEO, tech leads and stakeholders to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for our SAAS and fintech products. Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop a long-term product strategy.

2. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Elicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

3. Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide the engineering team. Continuously monitor and evaluate the development progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

4. User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure the products deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences. Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry best practices, and opportunities for product enhancements. Analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine and optimize product features.

6. Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with competitor products and strategies. Identify areas where our products can differentiate and excel, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

7. Product Launch and Adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including marketing collateral, sales enablement, and customer training materials. Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, and proactively address any barriers to customer success.

8. Product Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the products, such as user engagement, retention, and revenue metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and proactively propose optimizations.

9. Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing customer needs and pain points. Respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback, and communicate product updates effectively.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on SaaS and fintech products.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in software development concepts and technologies commonly used in building SaaS and fintech products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, providing clear technical requirements and assisting with the resolution of technical challenges.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and project management principles.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with user research techniques, A/B testing, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of the financial technology industry and an understanding of regulatory compliance is a plus.
• A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a positive impact through technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in data analysis, ability to run SQL queries and use our Analytics suite
• Experience in managing enterprise-level customizations, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and working with clients in the banking or government sectors.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Figma, Notion and Asana for project management, collaboration, and product design workflows.
• Demonstrated understanding of API integrations and their significance in SaaS and fintech product ecosystems.
• Experience and up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the SaaS and fintech space.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to enhance product management activities such as market research, requirements gathering, documentation, user story creation, competitive analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in designing, prototyping, and developing digital products, with the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and product design workflows.
