Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician I to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and service security equipment such as:
• Access control systems
• CCTV/video surveillance cameras
• Intrusion alarm systems
• Intercom systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Test equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Run and terminate cabling.
• Document service work and system changes.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist senior technicians on larger projects.
• Basic electrical and low-voltage wiring knowledge
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Computer and networking fundamentals
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Good communication and customer service skills

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or vocational education preferred
• Low-voltage, alarm, or security industry certifications are a plus
• This position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid driver’s license is required.

The hourly pay range for this position is $XX.XX-$YY.YY per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
