We’re looking for:
- We are looking for a talented Strategy & Business Planning Manager to help shape the future growth of the CN & APAC Enterprise business.
- As a thought partner to the Head of CN & APAC Enterprise, you will identify and evaluate growth opportunities across industries, customer segments, markets, and strategic initiatives.
- Your primary responsibility will be to transform market intelligence, customer insights, and business data into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
- You will lead critical business initiatives, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.
- You must be a self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, work independently, and influence stakeholders across different functions, cultures, and geographies.
What’s the job?
Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Develop deep understanding of cross-border commerce, digital trade, fintech, payments, and enterprise customer trends across China and APAC.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, whitespace segments, and growth initiatives.
- Generate actionable business insights through data analysis, customer research, industry trends, and stakeholder interviews.
- Build strategic recommendations and business cases to support investment and go-to-market decisions.
Business Planning & Leadership Support
- Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and key business operating rhythms.
- Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic communication materials.
- Create frameworks, dashboards, and business analyses that support leadership decision making.
- Partner closely with regional leaders to define priorities and measure progress against key objectives.
Strategic Project Management
- Lead and drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance.
- Establish project governance, workback schedules, milestones, and success metrics.
- Track execution progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and achieve intended business outcomes.
Opportunity Identification & Incubation
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external market participants to identify new business opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging customer needs, industry trends, and adjacent growth opportunities.
- Help the organization prioritize resources against the highest-impact opportunities.
- Independently identify strategic topics worth exploring and lead investigations from hypothesis through recommendation.
Is this you?
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
- 5-8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, revenue strategy, venture capital, or technology companies.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert ambiguous questions into structured analyses.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business storytelling.
- Experience in consulting, fintech, payments, technology, internet, marketplaces, or cross-border commerce is a strong plus.
