Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate - Tech Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing, bulk hiring, hiring drives, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across multiple levels and functions.
- Drive bulk hiring for tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines.
- Own strong candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and build a strong pipeline of tech talent across various skill sets.
- Plan and execute walk-in/virtual hiring drives and other volume-hiring initiatives.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of mandates.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive the process through offer and joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics, pipeline status, closures, and other recruitment MIS.
- Work closely with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to Technology hiring.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end tech recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate pipeline building.
- Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for technology roles.
- Experience in planning and managing hiring drives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight hiring timelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology, fintech, internet, or startup environment would be preferred.
