Junior Executive – IT & Network Support

Job Context

Pendulum Motion, an IT-enabled services (ITES) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a proactive Junior Executive to support its IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and communication technology operations. The role focuses on day-to-day technical support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and networking equipment.

• Provide basic configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting support for Linux/Windows servers and related systems.

• Assist in maintaining IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP-based communication systems, and call center applications.

• Diagnose hardware, software, workstation, and connectivity issues and provide first-level support.

• Support IP phones, softphones, workstations, and IT peripherals.

• Monitor system performance, backups, connectivity, and operational availability; promptly escalate major incidents.

• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and senior technical personnel as required.

• Maintain IT asset records, configurations, and technical documentation.

• Diploma in Computer
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, ISP

• Age 18 to 30 years

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing, and switching.

• Practical understanding of router, switch, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.

• Basic familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and server administration.

• Ability to diagnose common hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Familiarity with MikroTik, Cisco, or similar network devices.

• Knowledge of Asterisk, VICIdial, FreePBX, IP-PBX, SIP, or VoIP technology.

• Exposure to Linux services, virtualization, firewalls, and network security.

• Prior internship or employment in IT support, ISP, ITES, or call center technical operations.
