Penta’s Brand Strategy team is seeking a detail-oriented Ads Campaign Coordinator to support the execution, management, optimization, and reporting of integrated paid media campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build deep expertise across digital advertising platforms and develop their skills in campaign management, performance analysis, and optimization.

The Ads Campaign Coordinator will spend much of their time working directly in advertising platforms to build campaigns, monitor pacing and performance, make optimizations, conduct quality assurance, and support campaign reporting. They will work closely with Ads Campaign Managers and other members of the paid media team to ensure campaigns launch accurately, deliver as planned, and continuously improve throughout their flight.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, curious, and detail-oriented. They are comfortable working with data, interested in understanding why campaigns perform the way they do, and eager to develop the technical and analytical skills needed to grow within paid media.

The Ads Campaign Coordinator is expected to:

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and programmatic media

  • Support the execution of direct publisher partnerships and other integrated paid media campaigns

  • Manage day-to-day campaign pacing and performance, ensuring campaigns remain aligned with approved budgets, timelines, audiences, and media plans

  • Make ongoing campaign optimizations involving bids, budgets, audiences, placements, inventory, creative, and frequency

  • Conduct campaign QA before and after launch to ensure targeting, budgets, creative, tracking, URLs, and other campaign settings are implemented correctly

  • Identify delivery, tracking, or performance issues and work with senior team members and platform partners to troubleshoot and resolve them

  • Support trafficking, tracking, QA, Floodlights, and reporting within Campaign Manager 360

  • Coordinate with external programmatic teams and media partners on campaign launches, creative trafficking, performance, and optimizations

  • Pull, organize, and analyze campaign performance data across platforms and reporting tools

  • Write clear campaign insights that explain what happened, why it matters, and what optimizations or next steps should be considered

  • Support the development of recurring campaign reports and other internal and client-facing deliverables

  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, optimization logs, naming conventions, and other campaign-management processes

  • Develop a strong understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, media plans, and KPIs to help ensure day-to-day execution supports the broader strategy

  • Stay current on platform capabilities, advertising best practices, and changes across the digital media landscape

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, performance media, media planning/buying, or ad operations, ideally within an agency environment

  • Hands-on experience working in one or more digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or a programmatic DSP

  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of campaign setup, targeting, creative trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting

  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in using campaign data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate campaign performance into clear, concise insights

  • The ability to utilize AI and emerging technologies, where appropriate, to enhance efficiency, quality, and impact, while staying current on evolving capabilities and incorporating relevant innovations into day-to-day work

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to ask questions, investigate issues, and learn new platforms and processes

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal team members and external media partners

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360, including trafficking, tracking ads, click trackers, Floodlights, or campaign QA

  • Experience with Google Ads, including paid search and YouTube campaigns

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, audience targeting, inventory, frequency, and brand safety

  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Supermetrics, or similar analytics and reporting tools

  • Experience working with B2B campaigns or campaigns targeting senior business decision-makers

  • Exposure to direct publisher partnerships or integrated media planning

  • Experience or interest in account-based marketing
