Experience and Qualifications

  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification

  • 5-10 years’ post-qualification experience

  • Experience in the electrical/construction industry, preferably LV/MV reticulation, substations and electrical infrastructure

  • Strong commercial understanding of cost control, valuations, variations, claims, procurement and subcontractor management

  • Candy/CCS is a must

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Well-rounded QS with a practical, hands-on approach

  • Self-driven, energetic and willing to take ownership

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
