About Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in finance and hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies. This role will focus on leveraging generative AI solutions to automate and transform finance processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance domain processes and be proficient in utilizing advanced technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage projects focused on the implementation of AI/ML solutions within finance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Utilize Azure, LangChain, and Databricks to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on AI/ML best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Functional Domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in AI ML and Generator.
- Strong exposure to Azure IaaS, LangChain, and Databricks.
- Ability to work on Agentic AI solutions to automate and transform finance processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably candidates local to Minnesota.
