About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Azure AKS Engineer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade data and AI platforms built on the Databricks Lakehouse platform. This role is instrumental in defining target architecture, establishing engineering standards, and guiding the implementation of data ingestion, transformation, governance, performance optimization, and production operations.

What You'll Do:
- Define and design robust technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish engineering standards and best practices for data architecture.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, security teams, and vendors.
- Conduct technology evaluations and architecture reviews.
- Develop reusable frameworks and optimize costs associated with data solutions.
- Implement CI/CD processes for efficient deployment and monitoring.
- Provide technical mentoring to team members and stakeholders.
- Exposure to GenAI solution patterns.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in data engineering and data architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable and robust data solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and business audiences.
