About Position

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and platform reliability solutions within Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud-native deployments. This role requires close collaboration with Development, QA, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do

• CI/CD & DevOps Automation:
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Automate application build, deployment, and release processes.
  • Manage Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Artifacts.
  • Implement deployment strategies including Blue-Green and Canary deployments.
• Cloud Infrastructure:
  • Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Build scalable and highly available environments.
  • Implement Azure networking, security, and governance controls.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
  • Create reusable Terraform modules and deployment templates.
  • Automate provisioning of Azure resources and environments.
• Containerization & Kubernetes:
  • Implement containerized solutions using Docker.
  • Deploy and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Support Helm-based application deployments.
  • Optimize container orchestration and cluster performance.
• Monitoring & Reliability:
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
  • Manage observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
  • Drive platform reliability and operational excellence.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Implement DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate vulnerability scanning and code quality tools.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with security teams on governance initiatives.
• Collaboration:
  • Partner with developers, architects, QA, and operations teams.
  • Support Agile and DevOps transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• 3+ years of Azure cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using YAML.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
• Experience in large-scale enterprise cloud migrations.
• Exposure to SRE practices, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management.
• BFSI, Retail, or Enterprise application experience.
