About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent applications, AI assistants, and automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build intelligent assistants and AI-powered business applications using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.
- Create and optimize prompts to improve response quality, accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Develop scalable backend services and orchestration workflows supporting AI-driven applications.
- Implement Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Build and manage vector search solutions using embeddings and semantic retrieval techniques.
- Conduct testing, validation, and benchmarking of AI models and applications.
- Evaluate AI solution effectiveness based on quality, reliability, business impact, and operational performance.
- Implement responsible AI practices, governance controls, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, data engineers, and application development teams.
- Build proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions for emerging AI use cases.
- Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and performance tracking capabilities for AI systems.
- Continuously evaluate emerging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or application development.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise AI use cases.
- Experience working with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong expertise in Python programming and backend development.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
- Experience building Agentic AI applications and intelligent workflow automation solutions.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
- Strong understanding of software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
