About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant / Developer with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Field Service Mobile App, Field Service Copilot, and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting enterprise Field Service solutions that enhance technician productivity, optimize field operations, and improve customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Design, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Work extensively with work orders, bookings, resources, customer assets, inspections, products, services, and scheduling processes.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Configure business rules, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and security models.
• Optimize technician scheduling, dispatching, and service execution processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and technical issues across the Field Service ecosystem.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile applications for frontline technicians.
• Develop and enhance technician experiences using Power Apps and model-driven applications.
• Configure mobile experiences around work orders, bookings, inspections, service tasks, products, and customer assets.
• Support offline-first capabilities, synchronization requirements, and mobile security controls.
• Improve technician productivity through optimized mobile workflows and user experiences.
• Ensure seamless operation across online and offline field environments.
• Implement and support Dynamics 365 Field Service Copilot capabilities.
• Configure AI-assisted field service experiences to enhance technician productivity.
• Implement work-order summaries, service history insights, AI-assisted recommendations, and productivity-focused automation.
• Evaluate and implement opportunities to reduce manual processes using AI-powered capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement intelligent field service use cases.
• Support adoption and governance of Copilot-enabled field service solutions.
• Develop and customize business applications using Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Configure model-driven applications, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Design and implement business process automation using Power Automate.
• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, and enterprise data management solutions.
• Develop reusable and scalable Power Platform solutions following Microsoft best practices.
• Participate in solution lifecycle management, deployment, and governance activities.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Develop and support REST-based integrations, custom connectors, and API-driven solutions.
• Build automated workflows for business process automation and operational efficiency.
• Implement data validation, transformation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Support enterprise-scale integration scenarios across Microsoft and external platforms.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8?12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service implementation and customization.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise field service solutions.
• Expertise in work orders, resource scheduling, bookings, inspections, service tasks, customer assets, and technician management.
• Hands-on experience customizing and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile applications.
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Field Service Copilot capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI-driven work-order summaries, intelligent recommendations, and technician productivity enhancements.
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-assisted business applications.
• Experience delivering AI-powered field service transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Model-Driven Applications, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience building business applications and workflow automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and governance.
• Experience implementing security roles, business units, field-level security, and data protection controls.
• Experience configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, business rules, and process automation.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and extensibility techniques.
• Experience with solution management, environment management, and ALM practices.
• Hands-on experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, Dataverse APIs, Web APIs, and custom connectors.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integration architectures.
• Experience integrating with Azure services and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and enterprise security models.
• Experience developing automated workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with business users, functional consultants, developers, and architects.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
