About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications for enterprise and healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Golang, AWS cloud services, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to build high-performance backend solutions, drive cloud modernization initiatives, and deliver innovative products that meet business and customer needs.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain gRPC and RESTful service integrations for distributed systems.
• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, EC2, and S3 to build cloud-native solutions.
• Design and optimize database solutions using AWS Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Implement containerization strategies using Docker to support modern application deployment requirements.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to AI-DLC processes, including specification drafting, user story development, and solution refinement.
• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automation frameworks to ensure software quality.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release management activities.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimization improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in Agile development processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-10 years of software development experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on Golang development.
• Strong expertise in Golang programming and backend application development.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices and distributed system architectures.
• Hands-on experience with gRPC, REST APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, EC2, and S3.
• Experience working with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of Docker and containerized application deployment models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented principles, and secure coding practices.
• Experience in unit testing, automation testing, and quality engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
