About Position:
We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer for Microsoft 365 to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and administration across O365 services. This role serves as an escalation point for L1 teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and smooth operations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What You'll Do:
- Provide L2 technical support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to email flow, mailboxes, Teams collaboration, and SharePoint/OneDrive access
- Handle authentication issues including MFA, SSO, and conditional access
- Manage licensing, user provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Perform advanced administration tasks such as configuring Exchange Online rules, connectors, and transport settings
- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, storage, and monitor service health
- Implement and maintain security & compliance policies
- Collaborating with Microsoft support for complex issue resolution
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and SOPs for L1 teams
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5?8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory (users, groups, roles, MFA)
- Experience with Intune (MDM/MAM) is a plus
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and reporting
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Familiarity with security and compliance concepts (DLP, retention policies)
- Ability to analyze logs, message traces, and audit reports
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in rotational/on-call environments
- Team-oriented mindset with mentoring capability
