Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Contracts Section Head to lead our contracts unit within the Legal Affairs sector at our Main Head Office in 6th of October City. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end corporate contracting operations, guarantee regulatory compliance, mitigate commercial risks, and protect business interests across diverse local and international agreements. In addition, this role involves managing a team of legal professionals and establishing high-standard physical and digital legal archiving systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate various types of corporate agreements, including but not limited to Supply, Sales, Lease, Insurance, Banking, Mortgage, Usufruct, and Donation contracts.

  • Commercial Agreements: Review, vet, and amend complex supply and commercial contracts with multinational pharmaceutical companies and regulated entities.

  • Bilingual Legal Drafting: Professionally draft and review legal documents and contracts in both Arabic and English with high precision.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of contracts lawyers (at least 2 direct reports) to ensure workflow efficiency and quality of legal deliverables.

  • Property & Asset Validation: Review property title deeds and oversee real estate registration processes.

  • Legal Archiving: Implement and maintain a strict, organized physical and digital archiving system for all company contracts and legal documentation.

Requirements

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); post-graduate studies in Corporate Law or International Contracts are a strong plus.

  • Experience: 10+ years of solid experience in corporate contract management.

  • Team Management: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience supervising or managing a legal team.

  • Industry Background: Proven experience dealing with multinational pharmaceutical supply chains or highly regulated sectors is strongly preferred.

  • Language Proficiency: Native Arabic speaker with professional bilingual fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Work Location: Ability to work full-time on-site at the Main Head Office in 6th of October City.
