We're looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and helping shape product strategy through analytics.
What You'll Do
Analyze product, marketing, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using modern BI tools.
Monitor player behavior, retention, engagement, and monetization metrics.
Perform ad hoc analysis to support product and business decisions.
Design and analyze A/B tests and feature experiments.
Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams.
Validate data quality and investigate anomalies.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools.
Understanding of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a simple and business-friendly way.
Experience working with large datasets.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience in Gaming, FinTech, SaaS, or E-commerce.
Experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
Python for data analysis and automation.
Knowledge of predictive analytics.
Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 products.
