We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Tech & Analytics hiring team. This role offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technology and data-related roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
  • Support hiring for Software Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and other technology roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support the TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities and hiring reports.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sourcing and research abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition, especially Tech hiring.
  • Prior HR/recruitment internship experience is a plus.
