Junior Brand Manager

Job Title: Jr. Brand Manager

Salary Range: AED 18,000 - 20,000

Location: UAE / KSA (GCC Travel Required)

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Junior Brand Manager to support the growth and development of a portfolio of leading international brands across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role combines commercial execution, marketing coordination, and retail operations to ensure consistent brand performance across distributor and retail networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial and marketing strategy for a portfolio of 8 international brands across the UAE and KSA.
• Coordinate closely with internal Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor seasonal sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Manage relationships with distributors across the GCC to ensure alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.
• Coordinate collection deployment, product launches, and inventory allocation across retail channels.
• Monitor sell-through performance and recommend liquidation strategies for slow-moving inventory.
• Develop and implement sales incentive programs in collaboration with distributors and commercial teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution, Visual Merchandising (VM), stock levels, and overall brand presentation.
• Work closely with retail partners and companies operating the stores to ensure compliance with brand standards and commercial objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to improve brand performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or a similar commercial marketing role.
• Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, Visual Merchandising, and distributor management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC as required.
