Playtech is a gambling technology company founded in Estonia in 1999 that supplies the software behind online casino, live dealer, bingo and sports betting operations worldwide. Its business model is unusual in the sector: rather than only licensing software for a fee, it takes revenue share from many operators and holds direct stakes in some of them, which ties its earnings to how well its customers trade. Registered in the Isle of Man and listed in London, it runs large live dealer studios in Latvia and the Philippines and has been expanding into regulated American states.

About Playtech

Founded in 1999, the company has a premium listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and is focused on regulated and regulating markets across its B2B and B2C businesses. Both divisions leverage Playtech’s proprietary technology to deliver innovative products and services to ensure a safe, engaging and entertaining gaming experience.

Playtech is the gaming industry's leading technology company delivering business intelligence-driven gaming software, services, content, and platform technology across the industry.
