Responsibilities:

• Clarify requirements and identify inconsistencies based on requirements provided by the Product Owner (Business).
• Estimate efforts.
• Configure and test features according to requirements.
• Create check lists, test cases and test plans, when needed.
• Deliver configured features and promotions to Production.
• Provide quality reporting.
• Monitor Production after delivery.
• Work with monetization, economy, R&D, and product team
• Handle production incidents in real time, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, quality of work, and innovation in daily tasks

Requirements:

• 0.5 -1.5 years of experience as a QA.
• English level: B2.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture.
• Knowledge of Kanban methodology and its ceremonies.
• Experience working with sniffing tools such as Charles, Fiddler, etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and understand business priorities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Deep understanding of product functionality and structure.
• Good knowledge of standard QA tools and templates, with a proactive approach.
• Main tools/technologies: Charles, TestRail, Jira, Browser Console, and Mobile Platforms.
• On-call duty: approximately 5 times per month, including a 24-hour on-call period for urgent requests from Business or Customer Support.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and work quality.
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Works well under pressure
• Highly attentive to details
• Takes initiative
