About the Role
We are looking for a Power BI Data Analyst to transform customer and business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports. This role will support CRM initiatives, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Analyze customer and CRM data to identify trends and business opportunities.
Support CRM strategies through performance reporting and data analysis.
Create reports for Marketing, Sales, and business leaders.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
Recommend process improvements and reporting automation.
Support data-driven initiatives that improve customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Advanced experience with Power BI, DAX, and data visualization.
Experience working with CRM or customer data.
Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
Strong analytical, reporting, and systematic problem-solving skills.
