US Tax Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to join a collaborative team supporting U.S. tax engagements and a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned tax engagements from planning through completion and final review.
• Develop engagement plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage and coach junior team members, including associates and interns.
• Support business development activities and client proposals.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement.
• Provide technical guidance on tax matters and ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5+ years of U.S. tax experience within a public accounting environment.
• CPA, EA, or JD preferred.
• Experience with multistate taxation required.
• Real estate tax experience preferred; fiduciary tax experience is a plus.
• Strong tax research, writing, analytical, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with U.S. tax compliance/research platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
