Core Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and recurring performance reports to track KPIs, trends, and variances.
Interpret multi-channel campaign data to deliver clear, actionable recommendations that improve ROI and audience engagement.
Oversee data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytics and tracking platforms.
Manage end-to-end reporting workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Business Intelligence teams to define measurement frameworks and reporting requirements.
Streamline and standardize analytics methodologies to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
Monitor emerging tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of three years of experience in marketing analytics, digital performance reporting, or related functions.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets into meaningful business recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms, including Tableau, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Moz, Google Search Console, TradeDesk, Teads, and Airtable.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
