PopStroke is a US chain of mini golf entertainment venues that pair two 18-hole putting courses with a scratch kitchen restaurant, bar, ice cream parlor and event space, with its corporate office in Jupiter, Florida. Led by founder Greg Bartoli, whose earlier mini golf venue Lighthouse Cove opened in Jupiter in 2013, and backed by Tiger Woods, it runs locations in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina and other states and uses its own app for scoring and ordering. It hires kitchen and restaurant managers, sous chefs, hosts, guest service associates and shuttle drivers at its venues, plus corporate staff in legal, IT, creative and talent acquisition roles.
