IT Sourcer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Sourcer to join our recruitment team. If you are passionate about IT, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess a strong drive for identifying top talent, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Search for IT candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels;
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate research;
• Communicate with potential candidates;
• Maintain candidate data in CRM;
• Stay updated on IT roles, technologies, and market trends.

Requirements

• Completed recruitment/sourcing courses or internship experience;
• 3+ months of experience in sourcing, recruitment would be a plus;
• English B2;
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies;
• Experience with LinkedIn and Boolean search;
• Good communication and research skills.
