We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Registration Coordinator to join our growing team!
???? Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive Vendor Prequalification packages.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to collect and update critical documents.
Identify target clients in the petroleum and EPC sectors and submit registration files to procurement and supply chain teams.
Follow up proactively until the company is successfully added to clients' Approved Vendor Lists.
Maintain accurate trackers, monitor document expiry dates, and build strong professional relationships with client representatives.

Requirements
???? What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in vendor registration and prequalification within the Oil & Gas / Petroleum sector.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), PDF tools, and document management.
Prefer October or Giza residents
