Wymagania

  • Aktualny certyfikat Commvault Certified Professional (CCP) - wymagany
  • Min. 5 lat praktycznego doświadczenia z enterprise storage, backupem i odtwarzaniem danych
  • Praktyka w utrzymaniu Commvault Complete Data Protection (backup, restore, replikacja, retencja, upgrade'y)
  • Doświadczenie z macierzami Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE (Alletra / Nimble)
  • Wirtualizacja: VMware vSphere, KVM, Nutanix
  • Rozumienie backupu w chmurze (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Windows Server i Linux
  • Procesy ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), umiejętność rozwiązywania złożonych problemów
  • Wykształcenie wyższe IT lub równoważne doświadczenie
  • Angielski min. B2

Mile widziane:

  • Certyfikaty Commvault Certified Engineer (CCEng) / Commvault Certified Expert (CCE)
  • Język francuski i/lub niderlandzki
  • Skrypty: PowerShell, Python, Bash

Obowiązki

  • Utrzymanie i monitorowanie środowiska Commvault: backupy, odtwarzanie, replikacja, retencja, aktualizacje
  • Obsługa macierzy enterprise (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE): health checki, zarządzanie pojemnością, aktualizacje firmware, zmiany
  • Rozwiązywanie złożonych incydentów, analiza przyczyn (RCA), rola senior escalation point, udział w dyżurach
  • Utrzymanie backupów immutable i cyber recovery, regularne testy DR i odtwarzania
  • Dbanie o SLA, zgodność z wymogami bezpieczeństwa i audytu
  • Tworzenie runbooków, procedur i dokumentacji technicznej
  • Mentoring młodszych członków zespołu, udział w przeglądach usług i ciągłym doskonaleniu
